Video Waiver Background I have been involved in the adult entertainment industry for more than 25 years. I have had over 100 photosets published in magazines such as "Fiesta", "Escort", "Razzle" "Asian Babes", "Juggs" and "Voluptuous". Individual shots have been used as front covers on more than 30 of these magazines. I have produced more than 600 video clips (distributed via Clips4sale), and published over 100 DVDs. 1st September 2021 onwards With effect from 1st September 2021, credit card companies processing transactions within the adult entertainment category have imposed more stringent controls than required by law, on the publishers, publishing platforms and producers. These controls have meant a re-write of my standard Model Release so that the Model(s) involved affirm my right to publish the work in which they appear and for me to hold their Photo-IDs in an electronic form. Following legal advice, I will now require all models to appear in a video waiver clip. This is just a short piece to camera which describes the work you are about to complete and that the work is intended for publication. At the end of the shoot, I will also video your signing the Model Release and confirming payment. (Please be aware that these clips are not intended for publication, but held in my files to prevent any future disagreement over the use of the material).
